My Garden is Starting to Look Very Purple this Spring…

Here are some of the latest spring photos in my spring garden here in Sunny South Australia. I am attracted to pinks, purple, blues and whites, but what often happens is my garden design looks decidedly purple, white and yellow! They are all heat and drought tolerant and carry this toughness with a serene elegance.

The sumptuous native hibiscus Alyogyne huegelii!
The Silvery foliage and purple ways of Eremophila nivea a native emu bush, dusty miller centaurea, daisy and alyogyne, native hibiscus plants
Little dry rocky area with suitable hardy (and as it happens purple) groundcover plants, with both drought tolerance and beauty!
A side photo with the delightful purple ostespermum daisies.
Some super hardy spotted and striped snapdragons I grew from seed.
The dutch iris have flowered for quite a long time this year.
